If this routine is not followed, there is a chance that you are not really changing regions, and just looking at the same one again.

Most all Clans are the same as yours, but still there is a certain root commonality that we can use. No division system will be totality true, but if we try, I believe we may be able to find a method to define majority area(s) that we can call your Region(s).

The Regional Round Robin Competition is the heart of our new contest structure.

What is involved is collecting Clan Teams into Regional groups basically biased on physical location, and holding Round Robin Tournaments. Each Team plays all of the other Teams in the Region for the best scores, with the top three moving on to Playoffs.
